At Milaan by Meetu, every outfit is made-to-order, crafted exclusively for you. Hence, we follow a No Return & No Refund Policy. Please read our guidelines carefully before placing an order.

No Return & No Refund

• Since all products are made-to-order, returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy (Damaged or Wrong Items Only)

• Replacement is applicable only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition or if the wrong item is sent.

• To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing/opening video of the parcel from start to finish. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your request.

• You must contact us immediately upon delivery if you face such an issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us right away at 📧 milaanfashion@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
